Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and lead the execution of the 2026 technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, edge computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve system latency, throughput, and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges and driving technical debt reduction.
