Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI and emerging technologies, specifically targeting 2026 readiness.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems and future-proof our infrastructure.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and product stakeholders.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong command of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of driving digital transformation and leading cross-functional teams through complex technical implementations.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Professional certification is a plus.
