Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI frameworks and predictive models for enterprise-level applications.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the 2026 technology stack.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends such as generative AI, quantum computing, and edge AI.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all deployed AI infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
