Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-gen AI systems targeting deployment by 2026.
- Define the long-term technology roadmap for emerging fields such as Neural Interfaces and Predictive Automation.
- Oversee the integration of large-scale machine learning models into core business infrastructure.
- Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and security of all future-tech solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 business goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
