Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on next-gen AI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- Lead the architecture of high-performance distributed systems capable of handling future scalability demands.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams on emerging tech stacks, including WebGPU and Rust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Ensure system security and data integrity in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
- Drive innovation by researching and prototyping experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with futuristic front-end technologies and 3D web rendering.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking mindset.
