- Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure seamless integration of futuristic solutions.
- Establish a culture of innovation, driving continuous improvement across all engineering teams.
- Present strategic visions and technical proposals to executive stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape to mitigate challenges before they arise.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology initiatives and defining long-term strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
