Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI and predictive analytics platforms.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, GenAI) for early adoption.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to ensure long-term scalability and resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of future-tech trends, specifically regarding the year 2026 and beyond.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
