Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the definition and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Spatial Computing) to determine feasibility and integration strategies.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks capable of supporting next-generation user experiences.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Future-Proofing: Implement strategies to ensure infrastructure longevity and adaptability to unforeseen technological disruptions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading long-term technical strategies and delivering innovative solutions ahead of the curve.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
