Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning tech capabilities with long-term business goals.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term (5+ year) technology strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
