- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends to anticipate shifts in the industry landscape.
- Talent Development: Mentor and grow a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with external innovators, startups, and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic certifications are a plus.
