Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and AR/VR integration.
- Lead R&D initiatives to evaluate and prototype next-generation software architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological disruptions to keep Horizon Systems ahead of the curve.
- Mentor a team of visionary engineers and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Oversee the integration of sustainable tech solutions into our operational infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives or managing long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, or Advanced Robotics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological shifts and their business impact.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
