Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Architect scalable and resilient systems that can handle projected growth and emerging workloads.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate high-level visions into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with new future-forward technologies.
- Drive technical decision-making and ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and roadmaps.
- Strong expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Experience with emerging technologies and a passion for forward-looking tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
