Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for software architecture, identifying key technologies that will define the next era of our products.
- AI & Automation Integration: Design and implement scalable systems for integrating generative AI and automation agents into core workflows.
- Quantum-Ready Architecture: Architect microservices and data pipelines that are adaptable to future quantum computing environments.
- Emerging Tech Feasibility: Conduct rigorous research and POCs on new technologies to assess their viability for enterprise deployment.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to refactor and modernize legacy codebases to align with 2026 security and performance standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership or architect role.
