Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Define and drive the technical roadmap for projects targeting deployment in the 2026 timeframe, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-functional squads in adopting cutting-edge methodologies and technologies.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., AI-driven cloud infrastructure, spatial UI/UX) and integrate them into the product lifecycle.
- System Design: Design robust, high-performance systems that can handle the demands of next-gen user experiences.
- Innovation Lab: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on experimental technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into technical execution plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning pipelines.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; familiarity with WebGPU and spatial computing frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
