Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to prototype and validate futuristic interfaces and user experiences.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency in line with future regulatory standards.
- Mentor senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Conduct R&D on breakthrough technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the global market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product leadership with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Generative AI workflows.
- Experience with Spatial Computing frameworks (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, Vision Pro development).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical transformations.
