Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen tech solutions leveraging quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional squads in developing scalable MVPs for 2026 market readiness
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in IEEE and Nature journals
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric integration
- Drive patent strategy for novel AI-human collaboration methodologies
- Present innovations to C-suite stakeholders and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Science, Nature) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Proven track record of shipping complex tech products with >1M users
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and C++ for low-level optimization
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
