Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities in AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Conduct deep-dive R&D analysis on emerging tech trends to assess feasibility and market potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with business goals.
- Establish and mentor a high-performance innovation lab focused on prototyping future-state solutions.
- Pitch visionary concepts to stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term R&D investments.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to ensure Apex remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, Metaverse, Autonomous Systems).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
