- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision and progress to executive board and investors
- Build and lead high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
