Responsibilities
- Architect and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech fusion)

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Present strategic technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of experimental technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing architectures, or neurotech interfaces
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech applications
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies brought from concept to market
