- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect proof-of-concepts for quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI networks
- Drive commercialization of lab innovations through startup incubation partnerships
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through federal grants and corporate partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from prototype to market
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience securing DoE/NASA grants or similar large-scale funding
- Deep familiarity with Web3 stack and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certified in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for sustainable innovation
