Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-integrated AI solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
