Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee execution of 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum computing, neuro-interface, and AI ethics domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and researchers through agile development cycles
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget by presenting compelling business cases to C-suite and venture partners
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and global tech incubators
- Develop patent portfolios for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present findings at CES, Web Summit, and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neuroengineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching commercialized AI/neurotech products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in federated learning architectures and ethical AI frameworks
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on human-machine interfaces
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) for defense-contracted projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented innovations solving complex societal challenges
