Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, biometric interfaces)
- Develop 5-year technological roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Prototype and validate emerging tech solutions in our advanced lab facilities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech modeling
- Strong grasp of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
