Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business strategy
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global tech accelerators
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum and Nature Futures journal
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Successful exit from a tech startup or $100M+ product launch
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
- Active US security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
