Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across quantum, AI, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, data scientists) in developing MVPs for emerging technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech integration
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D funding from government/private sources
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
