Responsibilities

- Lead the R&D efforts in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design robust security protocols to protect next-generation data assets.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and proprietary hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or systems design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and zero-trust architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
