Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for Initiative 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable cloud-native systems on AWS and Azure.
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core workflows.
- Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for emerging technologies entering the roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
