Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 3-year vision, identifying key emerging technologies and integration points for the 2026 horizon.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems architecture that supports rapid scaling and future technological shifts.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Oversee the research and implementation of AI-driven workflows and prepare the infrastructure for post-quantum cryptography.
- Strategic Innovation: Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts, moving them from concept to production-ready code.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent extensive experience will be considered.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of System Design, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying future trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
