Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, secure, and efficient algorithms for autonomous agents and generative models.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in quantum computing and biotechnology.
- Neural Interface Development: Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize data processing for brain-computer interfaces.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all developments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) principles and quantum algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent professional certifications are a plus.
