The Role
You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, assessing their potential impact, and architecting solutions that position Nexus Horizon as a leader in the future landscape. This is not just about planning; it is about executing a vision.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technological trajectory for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate strategic vision into actionable technical roadmaps and project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategies to executive leadership and board members.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Architect systems and architectures that are scalable and adaptable to future market shifts.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or high-level engineering leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and distributed systems; familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
