Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will define the next decade.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that leverage future-proof protocols and next-gen frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate visionary technologies into core product lines and infrastructure.
- Oversee Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for breakthrough technologies like Quantum AI, AR/VR convergence, and sustainable computing.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation, long-term thinking, and technical excellence.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the next generation of our software ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing principles and architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable systems under tight deadlines in high-growth environments.
- Strong ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps with a 5-year horizon.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience in a top-tier tech environment.
