As a key member of our R&D division, you'll lead strategic initiatives that bridge current capabilities with next-generation paradigms. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors in our state-of-the-art facility overlooking the Bay.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and blockchain by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying 6G infrastructure solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Create patent-pending innovations in sustainable data centers and energy-efficient computing
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on $50M+ research initiatives for 2026 tech horizons
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior architects in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI (2020-2023)
- Proven track record of deploying systems handling >10M concurrent users
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Patents in distributed computing or sustainable tech (minimum 3 granted)
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies and Google Quantum AI
