Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and AI model deployment.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through rapid scaling phases.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
