Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, bio-digital systems)
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026+ tech adoption scenarios
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for disruptive innovations
- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech integration across business units
- Collaborate with AI ethics boards to ensure responsible innovation
- Mentor junior futurists and tech architects
- Present tech forecasts to executive leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Certification in Futurist Methodology (CFP) preferred
