- Mentor engineers in emerging technologies through our Future Tech Fellowship program

- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks across product ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, federated learning, and generative AI
- Proven track record of shipping scalable systems handling 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
- Deep understanding of Web3 protocols and decentralized governance models
- Published author or speaker at premier tech conferences (KubeCon, NeurIPS)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
