Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for our AI initiatives, identifying emerging trends in the 2026 tech landscape and translating them into actionable product features.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance neural network architectures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical machine learning models with quantum algorithms for superior processing speed.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops on advanced AI concepts.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference times and reduce computational overhead for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technology trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and apply them to current problems.
