Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for next-gen applications and enterprise solutions.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) efforts in quantum computing interfaces and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with 2026 strategic goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data security, ethical AI compliance, and robust system resilience in high-load environments.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference and edge computing deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or hardware-software co-design is a plus.
