Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level system architectures for projects focused on the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous systems and predictive AI models into core product infrastructure.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype cutting-edge technologies like edge computing and neuromorphic chips.
- Mentor junior developers and define technical standards for the engineering department.
- Identify emerging technological trends and assess their potential impact on current product lines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with IoT architecture and smart city technologies is a major plus.
