Key Objectives:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry standards. Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure and AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that align with the technical roadmap for the year 2026.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, advanced LLMs) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud environments, ensuring zero-downtime transitions and maximum efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and regulatory compliance standards for all future systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML integration and predictive analytics models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
