Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable software architectures capable of supporting next-generation AI models and quantum-ready data processing.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and integrating them into existing workflows.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-availability cloud infrastructure that minimizes latency and maximizes computational efficiency for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions to mitigate risks before deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading complex technical projects.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and their practical applications in enterprise environments.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
