Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum algorithms, post-quantum cryptography, and neuromorphic design
- Proven track record in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Published research in ACM/IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with AWS Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum, or equivalent platforms
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
