Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering with focus on predictive modeling
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on autonomous systems
- Proficiency in emerging tech: neuromorphic engineering, swarm robotics, synthetic biology
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (CEAI) and Quantum Systems Design
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US SAFE AI Act)
