- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in current infrastructures and propose innovative solutions for future scaling.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance standards across all upcoming projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML model integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
