You'll pioneer methodologies for long-term trend forecasting and lead cross-functional teams in executing groundbreaking initiatives that will redefine our industry's landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market disruption opportunities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year commercialization potential
- Champion future-proofing strategies across product development, sustainability, and market expansion domains
- Facilitate executive-level workshops on scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of innovation partners including academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Quantify innovation ROI through advanced modeling and present strategic recommendations to the board
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Teams' in executing high-impact prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies in AI, biotech, or quantum domains
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on innovation ecosystems or disruptive technology adoption
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, technology roadmapping)
- Experience leading global teams in ambiguous, rapidly evolving technological environments
