- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused business models

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of technological disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
