- Build quantitative forecasting models for 5-10 year market projections
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gartner)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
