Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends (AI, Quantum, Sustainability Tech) that will impact our industry in the coming years.
- Roadmap Architecture: Design and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns business objectives with long-term technical capabilities.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to predict disruptions and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the C-Suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate high-level strategy into executable product features.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and establish partnerships with emerging technology startups and research institutions.
- Resource Allocation: Assess technical debt and resource needs to ensure the organization is prepared for future scaling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years out) and drive organizational change.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Blockchain) and their business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
