Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the 2026 search ecosystem, focusing on AI-driven content optimization and semantic relevance.
- Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to ensure site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup are optimized for maximum crawlability and indexability.
- Lead keyword research and clustering efforts using advanced tools to identify high-value opportunities in emerging market verticals.
- Collaborate with content teams to implement E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles and structured data.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and leverage predictive analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior SEO analysts to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level SEO, with a proven track record of driving measurable ROI in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Essentials, including recent algorithm updates and the integration of AI in search results.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, BigQuery).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Contentful) and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
