Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable, robust AI/ML architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies, ensuring our stack is future-proofed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI development, ensuring fairness and transparency in all models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale machine learning problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
