- Security & Compliance: Establish enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive data in a post-2026 threat landscape.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering on ambitious roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest and ability to research and implement cutting-edge technologies relevant to 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
